Geography:
Nepal is a small, landlocked country, 800 km long and 200 km wide, East, South West Indian border and North is Tibet republic peoples of China. Longitudinally the terrain changes from glacier on the Tibetan border to the flat jungle of Terai, barley 150 m above sea level. Despite the height of the Himalaya, the peaks do not form a continental divide. All thought most rivers flow southward from the glacier of the Nepal Himalaya to join Gangas in India.
Altitude Sickness:
Altitude sickness occurs as the result of failure to adapt to a higher altitude. Fluid accumulates in between the cell in the body and eventually collects where; unfortunately it can do the most harm in the lungs and brain. as fluid collect in the lungs you become breathless more easily while walking and eventually more breathless at the rest, A cough begin initially dry and irretentive but progressing to the production of pink frothy sputum in its most severe form. The person ultimately drowns in this fluid if he or she doesn’t descend. This syndrome is referred to as high altitude pulmonary oedema (HAPE) when fluid collect in the brain. You develop a headache, lost appetite, nausea, some time vomiting, tiredness, swallowing eye lids, cheeks, drying lips, Tinkling figures, and dizziness. This syndrome is collect high altitude cerebral Oedema (HACE) HAPE an occurring.
Diarrhea:
Diarrhea is the most common illness accrued by traveler in Nepal. Simply infectious accrued while traveling, casually because standard of public health and hygiene in developing countries are non existent. The organism that cause diarrhea are passed in stool, and accrued from eating or drinking contaminated food or water, most causes of diarrhea in Nepal more then 80% are caused by bacteria and some time by food poisoning etc.
Climate:
Nepal has four distinct seasons. Spring – March to May is warm and dusty with rain Showers. Summer – June to August is largely dominated by the monsoon, when the hills turn lush and green, Autumn – September to November, is cool with clear sky and the most popular trekking season. Winter – December to February it is chilly at night and can be foggy in the early morning but afternoon is usually clear, the monsoon in the bay of bangle governs the weather pattern creating a rainy season from mid June to mid September.

Festivals are manifestation of culture sensibility of any particular society at its best. Festival, through acts and performance of rites and rituals are in fact not only a way of appeasing of gods and goddesses, but also for warding of evil, for pastoral and agricultural prosperity, longevity, happiness and good health of human life. It also helps in strengthening familial and societal ties by of gathering, merry- making and socializing.
Festival in Nepal begin with something religious and moves with spontaneous spirit into a pleasant family feast as for a Nepalis religious has been influenced and has always been the core of Nepali cultures.
There is a popular saying that in Kathmandu every next day is a festival and every other house in a temple. Most festivals honor a deity with worshippers crowding around a shrine to perform Puja. Temple courtyards are filled with long queues of people waiting to worship. Great procession wind through the streets of the three old cities, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur and other cities of Nepal. These processions are accompanied by bands of Newar musicians and masked dancers. Sometime idols of gods are paraded in gigantic wooden chariot Rath unique to Nepal.
Festivals are an important part of Nepalis society. It is the essence of their everyday life.
