Ganesh Himal is a wilderness trekking trail of Nepal. First you have to drive from Kathmandu through west, north to Dhunche or Shybrubesi. Road following Trisuli river valley. It goes thought village and farming terrace. The forest is most occupied by rhododendron, Oak and mixed vegetation is there.
Fauna are like Himalayan Thar, Barking deer, musk deer, wild boar, black bear, Jackal, Pica Yellow throated martin, tiger, snow leopard, Flying squirrel, and wildcat and special world threatened species red panda in Langtang national park. Bird’s species are residents over 400 species in there. Like Tragopan, slender billed babbler, Nuthatch, sunbirds, flower peckers, nut creekers, Grandala and snow cocks, wren White deeper etc.
About ethnic group, they are Nepali but looks completely different then Actual face. They are Tibetan. In 16th century they came to this valley. First they are trader’s horse traitor, brought goods to sell in Nepal and back to Tibet after that they found peace here then started to stay in this valley. Regarding of war in Tibet. They are Tibetan but now days you can found Tamang ethnic group.
